You get an online quote link with product photos, price tiers and decoration options. Mockups of your logo on the product are available, with 2 free per product.
Tick the options you want and approve. Add your PO number and it prints on the invoice.
You receive an order confirmation and sign off each artwork before anything is made.
Samples or pre-production photos where it matters, then production. Typical turnaround is about 3 weeks from artwork approval.
Shipped Australia-wide to one address or many, with courier tracking emailed to you. Plastic-free wherever we can.
Good questions
Depends on the product. Most apparel starts from 10 to 20 units, some products start at 25, and some premium items have no minimum. Tell us what you need and we'll give you the real number.
Typical turnaround is about 3 weeks from artwork approval, plus freight. Rush jobs are often possible if you ask early.
Yes. Prior to any production we get your sign off at every step. 2 free mock ups are provided with each product so if you need to tweak it - We've got you.
Every product on your quote has its own all-in price per unit, with decoration and setup built in. Freight to one metro location is included. The price depends on quantity, product and decoration method.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are ideal. Send whatever you have and we'll sort the conversion and tell you if anything won't reproduce well.
Yes. Where a product can be decorated more than one way, the quote lets you choose and the price updates as you do.
You receive an invoice once your order is confirmed, with your PO number on it if you gave us one.
Yes. When your order ships we email courier tracking links.
Yes. Reorder in one click from a delivered job or an approved quote. We price it and send it to you to approve.
