Depends on the product. Most apparel starts from 10 to 20 units, some products start at 25, and some premium items have no minimum. Tell us what you need and we'll give you the real number.
Typical turnaround is about 3 weeks from artwork approval. Rush jobs are often possible if you ask early.
Yes. Prior to any production we get your sign off at every step. 2 free mock ups are provided with each product so if you need to tweak it - We've got you.
Vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) are ideal. Send whatever you have and we'll sort the conversion and tell you if anything won't reproduce well.
Every product on your quote has its own all-in price per unit, with decoration and setup built in. Freight to one metro location is included. The price depends on quantity, product and decoration method.
Yes. We're based in Melbourne and deliver across Australia and to international clients, including kitting and shipping to individual addresses for onboarding packs and remote teams.

Yes. We ship plastic-free wherever we can, individual plastic bags are opt-in only, and we curate for quality so the merch gets kept, not binned.
